So damn good we can’t wait a minute longer to eat them!

First things first… reminds me of a quote.. “salads taste pretty good once you add the pizza to taste.”  😛

Puffed up foccacia sandwich which was perhaps a little too charred but generously layered with parma ham & arugula (RM34) .. what a lovely molten cheesy mouthful of porky deliciousness!


We had a Main Divide riesling 2014 by the bottle to pair with the pizzas.  A medium dry, white which produced Citrus, honey notes, achingly aromatic and silky in the mouth. It paired terrifically well with all the pizzas so not much to complain about.

Verdura – meaty marinaded artichokes, capers, olives, grilled vegetables & house-blended tomato sauce (RM28 for the eight-inch). So good you even forget it’s vegetarian.

Umbrian Black Truffle pizza. A solitary work of beauty.

It doesn’t take much more than a bite of this, to turn a bad day around. Once you go black (truffle), you never go back.

Polpa di Granchio (RM32 for eight inches) is my favourite of the lot – succulent super freshly de-shelled, crab claw flesh, lemon zest, herbed pesto & sun-dried tomatoes .. it’s unique seafood flavour coupled with chewy dough is just astronomical. Don’t even think of missing this one.

Proof turns up the neat with this Calabrian number. Spicy sausage, pumpkin, mozzarella & cherry tomatoes (RM26 for this eight-inch) ..sizzling!

A twist on the rocky road …  milk chocolate, marshmallows, sliced apples..  not bad but a little too full-on in the carbs department especially after soooooo many pizzas. I think you can skip the dessert as it’s just too much of a good thing in one sitting.

Many great wine vintages are available by the glass or by carafe, if one bottle is too much for you.
