Nobu Kuala Lumpur will be heading the festivities with their Special Omakase menu for the holidays, for new year, as well as Christmas.

Scallop Quinoa Salad with Yuzu Dressing

From the 22nd to the 25th December, Nobu Kuala Lumpur is showcasing a 7-course Christmas Omakase dinner , priced at RM560 ++ featuring a tempting spread of uniquely crafted dishes by Executive Chef Philip Leong and team. This includes the succulent Scallop Quinoa Salad, the juicy melts-in-your-mouth Smoked Wagyu with Yuba and Nori Sauce, and the festive Sweet Santa dessert, a mix of Genmai Cha Bavarian with Chestnut Cream, Chocolate Raspberry and Coconut.

The festive celebrations doesn’t just stop there, as the famed restaurant further enhances the holidays with its New Year Omakase. Also boasting a 7-course menu, the New Year Omakase is available from 29th December – 1st January, priced at RM595++ and RM680++ with a glass of Champagne to toast to the New Year whilst watching the fireworks from the best view of the city’s skyline.

Nobu Style Osechi

The New Year Omakase features seasonal ingredients that are used in Japan exclusively for New Year celebrations such as Kuramame (black soy beans), Kazunoko (herring roe), and Tazukuri (baby sardines) to perfectly complement dishes on the menu.

Lobster with Shitake and Quinoa Butter

Featured on the New Year Omakase is signature Nobu Style dish with a twist, Dry Miso Spinach Salad with Salmon Belly, along with a freshly made Lobster with Shitake and Quinoa Butter, and the aptly named dessert ‘Countdown’ made up of a Crème Brulee and Vanilla Sponge, with Green Tea Mousse and Azuki Bean Paste.

There will be two (2) seatings for dinner, with the first seating from 6:00pm to 7:45pm and the second at 8:30pm. Reservations require a RM500 deposit payment to secure the booking.
