Founded in 2002 in Shanghai China, the Western-style, health-focused dining, ‘Element Fresh’ came to Pavilion KL in Feb 2020 but like many businesses pre March 18th, saw a short-lived launch no thanks to the Covid-19 outbreak. Now back with refreshed resolve, I must say the restaurant has come a long way since its modest start in a gym café.
With over 40 restaurants across China, Element Fresh is all about creating great tasting dishes that’s also healthy. They heavily promote the fact that their menu is carefully planned, using seasonal or the freshest ingredients available in the local Malaysian market. Each dish is a fusion of great taste, culinary skills and presented in a trendy eye-catching style and the highlight being, their sauces.
They make most condiments in-house including dozens of sauces, dressings and marinades. No added MSG either – definitely a big plus in our books .
This particular branch does breakfast, starters, soup, salads, pastas, steak and grill, vegan and desserts. Not forgetting warm juices which are made using 100% pure fresh fruits and vegetables without added ice or sugar.

All in all a rather pleasant dining experience. Definitely worth a try if you are in the Pavilion vicinity of KL 🙂
