Tujoh.
Why the name Tujoh, was the first thing I asked the owners when I met them.
Well, apparently the address had something to do with it. No. 617 numerics add up to Seven. So Tujoh it was.
Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich RM18
Whilst the menu is rather slim, you will find enough varieties of decently priced dishes to keep the regular cafe hopper, happy.
Mushroom Soup RM13
Smooth and thick, we found the mushroom soup loaded with wild mushrooms and super creamy. It could have done with less cream actually but otherwise it was tasty enough.
Cosy, cosy…
Soft Shell Crab Goma Salad RM23
This dish was OK, but it got progressively soggier and wetter as we ate it. It could have done with less sauce possibly.
Mentai glazed Salmon RM 32
Crispy salmon skin with a crown of unctuously rich mentaiko. Hard to fault this dish.
Creamy Tom Yam Spaghetti RM16
This dish was a little weird. Lacking in vegetation as well, it didn’t really take a pretty picture. Where’s the green?
Coffee and cakes are a must at Tujoh..
The Marjolaine (RM13.50) had us really impressed with their 3 layered cake of almond and hazelnut, with chocolate cream, praline butter cream coated with chocolate ganache. The layers were distinctively flavoured. Just fabulous! The Carrot & Olive Cake (RM 12.50) was good too. Definitely come here for the coffee and cakes.
All in all, a cool little place for coffee and cakes, and fast no frills cafe food at affordable prices. We look forward to more additions to Tujoh’s menu in the months to come!

Love combination of pineapple & meat but the pasta without any greens definitely not approved!
