It’s all about the Tapas sharing platters at Supperclub KL.
And not to be confused with Bed Supper club of Bangkok (is that place still running even?) Supperclub is a gastrobar and lounge that transforms itself into a nightclub later in the night.
Located at the all-new TREC’s Electric Boulevard on Jalan Tun Razak, this industrial chic-themed space features lavish decor, a charming terrace and outdoor lounge area as well.
Supperclub is also all about the cocktails, so if you are a fan of the Old Fashioned or Dry Martini, as well as bespoke creations, be sure to ask the mixologist to make you something special. They have a good selection of wines at Supperclub as well, both new world and old world.
The Chef’s menu is pretty straight forward – depending on which you pick you may dine on fashionable tapas from the 3 at RM 68++ list, or the 3 at RM 92++ list.
Pick from a healthy list of dishes such as the Grilled baby octopus with extra virgin olive oil & lemon, Grilled scallops with jalapeno salsa, Smoked salmon bruschetta, Grilled eggplant with buffalo mozzarella & pesto, unctuous foie gras on polenta or even tangy Ceviche.
Pasta lovers should try the Fresh Oyster Pasta Spaghetti cooked with olive oil, garlic, chillies & fresh oysters, or even the Squid Ink Tagliatelle- Homemade black flat pasta served with fresh scallops, broccoli & cherry tomatoes. We met Chef Fabrizio Littera and found him a passionate chef, widely travelled and also worked in many top restaurants in Europe, who had a big interest in fine dining and fine cuisine.
Supperclub’s WOW Platters are good too, where you will be able to share the best possible items from the menu at a reasonable price. The platter might have Fresh Whole Lobster, U.S Black Angus Rib Eye Steak and Australian Rack of Lamb for just RM 398 ++, but trust us, the portions are huge!
Granted the place Supperclub is more of one for entertainment but the food is pretty decent and so are the cocktails. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a meal and a bit of a weekend boogie!

I hope they nailed it right with the baby octopus which can be easily overcooked and rendering a hard rubber texture 😛
