Seafood Paella
This event sees Chef Jordi Gimeno, working alongside chef de cuisine, Jason Manson, to bring guests a Spanish dinner menu that will transport them to the streets of Barcelona themselves. The Many Flavours of Spain dinner menu will include classic tapas recipes such as black rice, sea and mountain paella, gazpacho and many more. All dishes will be perfectly accompanied by their signature cocktail, Sangria. Be sure to watch out for the Flamenco performance as you enjoy these exquisite dishes by Chef Jordi.
For the period of 10 days, both the Chefs will serve up a wide spectrum of mouth-watering Spanish cuisine and dinner menu, complete with live cooking demonstrations. The food here is awesome, but our only complaint is that obviously being pork free and all, there’s no jamon iberico nor chorizo!
