Chef Salvador Vasquez shows us how to eat Mexican food like a true Mexican!
making quesadilla
the quesadilla were by far my favourite dish that night..
These quesadilla were made to perfection -gorgeous corn tortilla shells, filled with a savory mixture containing cheese, meats or corn/vegetables then folded in half to form a half-moon shape – these were to die for. This dish originated in Mexico, and the name is derived from tortilla and the Spanish word for cheese queso.
Amaranth and peanut candies, as well as the Cajeta – caramel fudge made from goats milk
churros .. dip em in chocolate.. delicious!
