Finally, the night would not be complete without one of KL’s finest bakers baking one of his finest cakes for the birthday boy. This guy, Mr. Fatboybakes, is one of the best bakers in Kuala Lumpur. He ranks way up there with Delectable Su and Just Heavenly Pleasures, and if you have not eaten one of his cakes, then you have not lived! So here it is.. Fatboybakes latest creation the most decadent cake to date.. this is his homage to the la Cerise sur la Gâteaux – a new trick he picked up at the Academy of Pastry Arts. Man, this guy is a natural. I’m pretty sure we’re related.
