First visit ever to Saint Pierre Kuala Lumpur, at The W, KL. We had high expectations. We hoped to be wow-ed.
The set up.. a special cognac, fine food pairing meal.. Hennessy X.O as the centerpiece no less.
Specially curated by Chef Lroy Lim of Saint Pierre Kuala Lumpur, the seven-course menu would feature luxurious ingredients such as buri (Japanese amberjack), blue lobster, foie gras and black truffle.
Inspired by a short film directed by the legendary director, Ridley Scott, each tasting note was supposed to be a creative interpretation exhibiting the following: Sweet Notes, Rising Heat, Spicy Edge, Flowing Flame, Chocolate Lull, Wood Crunches; culminating in Infinite Echo.
The Hennessy X.O – The Seven Worlds dinner menu is available from 13th September to 1st December 2019 at RM538++ per person with Hennessy X.O at RM58++ per glass or RM950++ per bottle (700ml).

All in all, a pleasant dining experience.. the cognac did not disappoint.
