There will be cold and warm appetizers to choose from  – if you like it cold , then the Spiced Black Angus Beef Tartar or the Black Angus Beef Carpaccio is definitely for you. However, if you are craving something warm, then definitely go for the Soya Braised Organic Beef Cheek in a Spicy Asian Vegetable Salad or Oxtail Consommé with handmade Oxtail Ravioli and Vegetable Balls.
