Sunday brunch at Maison Francaise, is like serving Sunday on a plate!
Yes.. Sunday on a plate, plus the fact that an extended Sunday brunch is hands down, my favorite meal of the week. The most fun being either a group of famished girlfriends or a group of ravenous family members. Whatever the crowd you’re dining with, it is always nice to have champagne to kick start the event.. followed but a few choiced starters before you head full steam into the mains.
The best thing about the brunch at Maison Francaise is that though it is a buffet brunch, it is served ala carte style. They serve you course by course, but you can keep re-ordering multiples of the same dish if you choose to.
Or you may go through the entire menu in sequence first, then go back and repeat the dishes that you and your company particularly enjoyed. Also, another big plus is the fact that the menu keeps changing – props to the creativity of Franck Lamache, Executive chef of Maison Francaise, you will never get bored of its brunch menu.
Executive chef, Franck Lamache always has time to chat with Maison Francaise’s patrons..
Love the imported pastries at Maison Francaise..
And it goes without saying, that Maison Francaise’s leisurely atmosphere creates an ideal atmosphere for Sunday brunch. Sip champagne and indulge in opulent truffle infused scrambled eggs and poufy pastries. Nibble luscious imported cheeses, dig your fork into a succulent slippery lobster, and bite into chunky homemade duck terrine. Go back for seconds and load up on platefuls of grilled black Angus ribeye steak, wafer thin smoked salmon, creamy potato gratin and artichoke stew, or succulent lamb stew waiting to be devoured. For many people, brunch is a weekend ritual that offers lavish daytime dining. Maison Francaise Sunday brunch is one of those rituals that I dare not miss!
