Haslam @ Jalan Pahang Barat, KL

What starts off as THIS….

And has CUTE, ITSY-BITSY baby clones in between???

YUP.. u guessed it …

Lempeng is banana/sweet potato pancake and no place makes it like Haslam!! Gawd.. i love lempeng.. sometimes i even traverse hell’s jam, just to get my fix, i do !

not only does haslam do excellent lempeng…
it has this KILLER cincalok… and,

killer STINKO Tempoyak ! Tempoyak, a Sumatran dish using fermented DURIAN, is a force to be
reckoned with i tell ya. Some days, when iv had
one-too-many chinese meals, I could just KILL
for ulam tempoyak… i swear.
Today was one of those days ;P

i also like the FLAYED ikan bilis… coz it’s more shear and ‘crunch worthy’…

and being an innard freak.. i love the LUNG… and the HEART.

Let it never be said that Malaysia lacks variety in cuisine.

Banish the thought ;P
