Breaking the Fasting Tradition, with a whole new Ramadan atmosphere at Suria Café, The Saujana KL..
Tired of eating indoors? At the Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur you don’t need to. You can enjoy their traditional buka puasa in the holy month of Ramadhan by having the spread outdoors! From 9 July to 7 August, head to Suria Café with family and friends for an ultimate buka puasa experience.
And the highlight for us, when feasting on this spread was of course, Chef Aunty Belle’s cooking. We were so taken with Aunty Belle’s Nyonya food. She has been cooking for more than three decades now, and is Protugese herself, so she is thoroughly experinced in the art of cooking great Nyonya cuisine. Guests will get the chance to dine on her unique signature Peranakan dishes including Otak-Otak Belangga, Nyonya Curry Crab, Nyonya Curry Laksa, Sagu Gula Melaka and many more.
Walk into the traditional Malaysian ‘hawker stalls’ buffet setting with plenty of food choices from across the globe. That’s right! The lavish Ramadhan dinner will feature international dishes as well as traditional Malaysian cuisine that everyone has grown to love.
Carving Stall : Whole Roasted Lamb, Home Made Mint Sauce and Rosemary Sauce
Fresh sashimi prepared by Chef Minami of Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant will be on the menu, topped with Senja Italian Restaurant’s own Chef Filipo Giunta with his authentic Sicilian cuisine. While Nyonya Chef Auntie Belle showcasing her one-of-a-kind popiah basah with sweet bean and chilli sauce, satay and roast lamb is already sitting on the fiery grill, ready to be served hot.
Canvassed by dark sky and starry night, amazing buffet spread is made even more special with great companions. Ghazal performances will also entertain to further elevate the ambience and feel of the Ramadhan month.
