Organic Traveling – Top 5 Destinations with the finest organic kitchens

Whether it’s sampling steaks in Argentina or tucking into truffles in Italy, experiencing delicious South African braai or feasting on fragrant dishes in a Thai market, luxury Holidays and good food always go delightfully hand-in-hand.

Recently we’ve seen a huge surge in the trend of organic kitchens and hotel restaurants producing incredibly tasty food from produce from their own estates. And we love it. Here’s a pick of some of our favourite hotels where their very organic kitchens dish up tasty food to more than match the hotels themselves.

1. Cavas Wine Lodge, Argentina

The menu at Cavas Wine Lodge changes with the seasons, and reflects the finest organic offerings for a South American holiday. And of course there is the wine… Cavas Wine Lodge itself is nestled within a 35-acre vineyard at the foot of the mighty Andes Mountain range and showcases some 250 carefully selected wines from its neighbours.
